What is Fuego Social?
Fuego Social is the first asado marketplace. A platform where hosts publish experiences around the grill and other people book a seat to share food, fire, and a real table.
Is Fuego Social available outside Argentina?
Yes. Although we were born with an Argentine soul, Fuego Social is designed to work anywhere in the world. If you have a grill, a space, and the desire to welcome people, you can be a host.
Do I need to be a professional chef to host an asado?
No. Fuego Social is not only for chefs. It's for people who know how to welcome others, cook something delicious, and create a good moment. If your friends always ask you to make the asado, you're already pretty close.
Where can an asado take place?
It can be at a house, a patio, a rooftop, a country estate, a garden, or even a park — as long as the place allows cooking and hosting people safely and legally.
How does booking work?
The host publishes their asado with a date, location, menu, price, and number of available seats. Guests choose the experience, book online, and receive confirmation with all the details.
What does the price include?
It depends on each host. It may include food, drinks, sides, dessert, or a more complete experience. Everything should be clearly explained before booking.
Can I go to an asado alone?
Yes. In fact, that's one of the ideas behind Fuego Social: you can join a table even if you don't know anyone. You arrive as a guest, sit down to eat, and you'll probably leave with new stories.
What happens if the host cancels?
You receive a full refund. We'll also try to help you find another available experience so you don't miss out.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the event. If you cancel after that deadline, you receive a 50% refund.
What happens if it rains?
Each host must indicate whether they have a covered alternative or if the event can be rescheduled. Before booking, you'll be able to see each experience's conditions.
How do reviews work?
After the asado, both the guest and the host leave their review. Both opinions are published simultaneously, or automatically after 14 days. This avoids influence and keeps reviews honest.
Is it safe to book on Fuego Social?
The idea is to build a community based on trust, real profiles, protected payments, and transparent reviews. Each experience must have clear information before anyone books.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Stripe globally. In LATAM, we're also working to integrate Mercado Pago and local payment options.
How much does the host earn?
The host sets the price of their experience. Fuego Social charges a commission on each confirmed booking, and the rest is transferred to the host according to the payment conditions available in their country.
Can I publish more than one asado?
Yes. You can publish different dates, menus, or types of experience. A family asado, a friends' night, a premium option, or something simple for a Sunday. You decide the format.
Is Fuego Social only for Argentinians?
No. The asado has Argentine roots, but fire is universal. Fuego Social is for locals, tourists, curious people, travelers, and anyone who wants to share a different table.
