First listing
How to publish your first asado
Your first asado does not need to be perfect. It needs to be clear, executable and honest. What matters is that someone who does not know you can understand why they would book a seat.
Define a concrete offer
Choose a date, time, city, seat count and menu. Avoid publishing something too broad like 'Argentine asado' without explaining what will happen. The more concrete the offer, the easier it is to book.
Also think about the type of table: intimate, family-style, premium, travelers, people new to the city, groups or match-day. Not every table sells for the same reason.
Publish, learn and adjust
After publishing, pay attention to questions, bookings and comments. If people hesitate, the listing may need more information, better photos or a clearer explanation of the experience.
The first asado opens the loop. The second is usually better because you already understand what people ask before sitting at your table.
